The Kinlin Chronicle A Day of Chance Blurb

The murderous chaos that consumed Soriana's village was the work of the Dinnons. The Dinnons were vicious and savage men who stopped at nothing to complete their missions at hand. 

Today was a day that Soriana had dreaded almost her entire life. She always thought The Day of Chance was an idiotic tradition and never understood the importance of it. Competing in the so called competition seemed irrational to her and, if it didn't cause disgrace to her family, she would refuse to compete.  

She was raised to respect and fear The Kinlins. However, today she would learn that they are not all that they seem to be. In order to survive the dreaded Dinnons she would have to question everything her family had taught her and to rely on her own senses.

Little did Soriana know that this day would divide her family, vanquished her village, and bring about a strength in her she never knew she had. She wondered if she was capable of completing such a dangerous mission bestowed upon her.  At only 18 years of age was she ready to take on such savages and be strong enough to defeat the Dinnons? Would she be able to trust in herself and know when to trust the signs of The Kinlins? Would she be strong enough to survive, all while piecing together the whereabouts of her family?
